2004 Recipients of the EMS Awards Announced
National Registry EMT-Basic Examination
EMT-1 students must successfully pass the National Registry of EMTs written examination process in order to be certified as an EMT-1 in California. As of January 1, 2007, the National Registry has moved its written exam process to a computer adaptive testing process. More information can be found at the National Registry website at www.nremt.org.
